The Kasa Coffee adventure was born from the childhood memories of its creator, originally from Ethiopia, where coffee is elevated to an art of living. This new food stop, located in a former ticket booth at the entrance of the RER and at the heart of the Austerlitz train station, carries a strong ambition: to initiate the station’s renewal by showcasing new ways of consuming.In this 100m² public-access facility (ERP), visitors can enjoy their coffee while watching the beans being roasted through a glass partition. Coffee is a fruit of the earth, and the counter serves as a reminder of this vital connection.
